Appointment Cancellation Policy.-

Your appointments are very important to Serenergy Center, LLC, since they are sessions reserved especially for you and require prior preparation. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to make schedule adjustments; therefore, we respectfully request that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance of the modification or cancellation required according to the circumstances.

• Our Cancellation Policy is strict, so once the 4-hours prior to the session have expired, we will not accept any changes or cancellations of sessions.
• Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to serve clients on our waiting list.
• Keep in mind that, once that time slot is blocked, we send you a series of reminder emails since we know how easy it can be to forget an appointment that you booked so far in advance.

If you do not respect your appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Less than 4 hours in advance will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the amount of the reserved service.
• “No-Shows” will be charged at 100% of the amount of the reserved service. For all combos/packages not canceled 4 hours in advance, 100% of the price of the reserved service will be charged.
• The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients of any availability, as well as to maintain an efficient agenda, in order to better serve everyone.
• Understand that it is your responsibility to remember the dates and times of your appointment, this is the first step towards a personal commitment and above all self-love.
• To avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation charges, please consider our automatic reminders, and any other means that works for you, such as setting an alarm on your cell phone, or a calendar notification.
• SERENERGY CENTER, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
